attacker Lionel Messi, has taken to Facebook, to deny stories that
emerged after yesterday’s win over Real Sociedad and insists he never
made any gesture to Gerardo Martion, as he was hauled off with 10
minutes left.
The 26-year-old was on the scoresheet again, alongside Neymar,
Busquets and Bartra, as Barca won their sixth straight game in La Liga
this season.
“I didn’t mean to make any gesture when Martino took me off,” Messi said on his official Facebook site.
“Nobody likes to be out, but we must accept it because it is the best for our team.”
“What I will not accept is that certain media tell lies about any situation that happens around me.”
